• You are solely responsible for the content, functionality, legality, and originality of your submissions.
• You warrant that you have all necessary rights, permissions, and licenses to distribute the content you upload.

Review Process

All submissions go through a review process before being published. Aibuildy reserves the right to:

• Approve, reject, or request changes to any submission at our sole discretion.
• Remove any published application at any time if it violates these terms or our policies.
• Scan submissions for malware, viruses, or harmful components.
• Refuse service to any developer who repeatedly violates our policies.

06Prohibited Content & Conduct

Users and developers may not upload, publish, distribute, or engage in activities involving content that:

• Contains malware, viruses, trojans, spyware, or any other malicious code.
• Infringes upon copyrights, trademarks, patents, or other intellectual property rights.
• Promotes violence, hate speech, discrimination, or harassment of individuals or groups.
• Contains pornographic, sexually explicit, or adult content.
• Exploits, endangers, or is directed at minors in harmful ways.
• Promotes illegal activities, drugs, weapons, or fraudulent schemes.
• Deceives users, steals data, or performs unauthorized actions on devices.
• Contains misleading descriptions, fake reviews, or manipulated metadata.
• Violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Impersonates another person, company, or entity.

07Intellectual Property Rights

All content on Aibuildy that is not submitted by users — including but not limited to the platform's design, logos, trademarks, text, graphics, software, and the overall structure of the website — is the property of Aibuildy or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from Aibuildy without prior written permission, except as expressly permitted by these terms or applicable law.

DMCA & Copyright Claims

Termination by You
